Go Green with food! 

There are numerous healthy benefits of foods which are green in colour.

For example avocados contain vitamins B6, C, E and K and twice as much potassium as a banana.

They can increase your good cholesterol and decrease triglycerides. 
Avo's are good for your heart and your skin.
Avocado flesh mashed to a pulp with honey makes a great face mask for acne prone skin. 

Mix the flesh with Repcillin oil for an ultra moisturising face mask for dry skin.
